At House of Alams, each garment is thoughtfully crafted with meticulous attention to detail. As most of our pieces are made-to-order and bespoke creations, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed.
Made-to-Order & Bespoke Orders
- All made-to-order, customized, and bespoke garments are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Orders cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
Alterations
- We understand that minor fit adjustments may occasionally be required. Therefore, we offer complimentary minor alterations, subject to assessment by our team.
- Customers are required to notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order regarding any alteration requests.
- Shipping charges for alteration services, if applicable, may be borne by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
- In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs and order details.
- Upon verification, our team will assist in resolving the issue appropriately.
